Yes. Gray Plumbing & Heating holds Gas Safe registration for both domestic and commercial gas work. You can verify our registration on the Gas Safe Register website. All gas work we carry out is certified and fully compliant with current regulations.
Do you work on new build developments as well as existing properties?
Yes. We work across both new build projects and existing residential properties. For larger developments we work alongside developers and main contractors, covering first and second fix installations through to handover. For existing homes, we handle everything from system upgrades and boiler replacements to routine maintenance and fault repairs.
What areas do you cover?

Can you install an air source heat pump in my existing home?
In most cases, yes. Air source heat pumps can be retrofitted into existing properties, though the suitability depends on factors like insulation levels, available space, and your existing heating system. We'll carry out a proper assessment before recommending any solution and can advise on whether an ASHP is the right choice for your property.
Do you provide documentation and certification for completed work?
Yes. All notifiable work is fully documented and certified. Gas work is registered with Gas Safe, and you'll receive the relevant certificates on completion. This is important for compliance, insurance purposes, and when selling your property. We don't cut corners on paperwork.
